There has been a shift in employee behaviours over the past fourteen months because of Covid-19 and many businesses are finding a gap within their company’s culture where people have lost their way.  The importance of having a great team to the bottom line of the company is well known, but how does one achieve a balance in this new era of business which has undergone so many changes so rapidly?
