During the business planning workshop you will build:

What’s the agenda for the day?
GrowthCLUB is a full-day workshop where you’ll not only have the chance to learn how to write your business plan and start working on it but also have the opportunity to attend engaging seminars on topics that will support your business success. Refreshments throughout the day and lunch are all included!

Action Coach Peter Loverdos will introduce you to setting 90-day goals, breaking them into weekly steps, and creating an effective plan. - AI Unleashed: Practical uses of AI in your Business.
Action Coach Rob Pickering will show how AI can be used in your business today. Threat or opportunity? Gain awareness so that it’s an opportunity. Discover how AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot can revolutionize your day to day work, enhancing productivity, creativity, and decision-making in this interactive, one-hour breakout session. - Guest presenter: Anthony Stears – “The Telephone Assassin”
Whether you’re looking to increase your conversion rate on incoming leads/enquiries, or find more opportunities to win business with both new or existing customers, Anthony can help you improve. His approach is particularly effective for cultivating those low-volume, high-value sales leads that are not normally responsive to cold calls and working with account managers to “Up-Serve,” their existing clients. Proving that “Service Drives Sales” no matter what you do.
A typical agenda for a GrowthCLUB will be similar to the below:
9:30 – Introduction and kick-off
10:30-11:30 – Choice of 2-3 seminars
11:30-12:30 – Choice of the same 2-3 seminars, repeated so that you can attend more than one seminar
12:30-1:30 – Lunch
1:30 – Planning session kick-off
1:40 – Work on your plan (support available from coaches)
Approx 4:00 – Finish
We welcome you to join us afterwards for a drink in the bar for a chance for us all to catch up, reflect on your day and meet other like-minded business owners.

Who should attend?
GrowthCLUB 90-day business planning is designed for business owners and senior managers, though anyone is welcome. Many business owners choose to bring one or two of their senior team. It often helps to bring along more than one person from a company, as it can make it easier to create plans on the day, and to hit the ground running back at the office when it comes to implementing the plans.
